Bipasha has never been controversial but has accidentally fallen prey to them. There was an unfortunate incident in the year 2003, when Bipasha’s breast was groped by a young man at Rain, a pub in Mumbai. He apparently touched her breasts and then scampered away. Her boyfriend John Abraham caught up with the man and ‘disciplined(as he John likes to put it) him.
Bipasha had unfortunate incidents especially during the filming of Omkara when she said she had to maintain her composure and dance as a part of the shoot, before lecherous men in the village. She also had her share of legal hassles when the actress of ‘Bipasha-The Black Beauty’, Nidhi Gill sent her a legal notice for making derogatory claims about her movie.

Bipasha has also said on record that she was harassed by organizers of the divisive 2006 India Day Parade in New Jersey. Bipasha also managed to catch the ire of Amisha Patel when she said in the Koffee with Karan show that Amisha did not have the figure and the package to carry off a Jism.
